Job Summary

In the role you will support the Vodafone Head of Cyber Governance, Risk and Control and two other E band managers within the Cyber Security department.  You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Heads time, manage requests for deliverables and organising events and meetings.

Organisation and forward planning are vital for success in this role.  It brings opportunity to support senior leaders be more effective and efficient in a fast-paced organisation

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage the Heads calendars and time – balancing demands on their time with deliverables and travel.
  • To manage e-mails and correspondence if requested by the Head,Liaising with internal and external partners and stakeholders (suppliers, partners)
  • Travel arrangements (including visas, hotel, flights) and expenses management
  • Enable efficient running of meetings and eventsMake sure pre-reads are available and time is allowed for pre-reads
  • Coordinate and arrange external and internal events across markets and with external partnersAd hoc project work when required
  • Facilitate collaboration and mutual support maintaining PAs network across Cyber team , forward planning to help meet deliverables

Who you are

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Proven experience in successfully supporting Senior Executives, Organisation skills
  • Positive, tenacious & can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure
  • Strong and open communication skills, both written and verbal.  Good influencing ability, confident and challenging when appropriateFlexible towards work requirements
  • Builds effective relationships, breaks down barriers.
  • Understanding of Vodafone Technology objectives and policies, Ability to prioritise across competing demands
