What you’ll do

 

As an Agile Business Lead you will be accountable for owning the running, development and embedding of allocated EPIC and/or sub portfolio level demands. Leading multiple squads, you will also act in a coaching capacity. You will develop a deep understanding of _VOIS service strategy and capabilities as well as the transformational change to a commercialized shared operation. You will help to define the future enablement Portfolio backlog & embed new ways of working to improve agility & work cross functionally to develop a ‘test & learn’ delivery model & culture. Working very closely with the key stakeholders across VOIS and our customers delivering game changing operational, commercial and customer experience enhancing activities as well as laying critical foundation stones for VOIS growth.
 

  • Key Activities are a mix of various demand types including but not limited to the below examples:
  • Lead on the delivery of the EPIC/Sub portfolio demand
  • Support epic analysis & mobilization including supporting feature definition & communication  
  • Identify and build the squads, manage them to delivery
  • Work with other specialists in the leadership of the demand 
  • Establish the business outcomes and continuously validate features to ensure maxim value, Identify and manage key stakeholders to ensure a successful end to end design/delivery.
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders to gather relevant insight and set expectation for delivery
  • Overall owner of the demand deliverables and all deliverables required to deliver the outcomes
  • Be an authority and owner in the design & introduction of VOIS enablement run train model
  • Face into a specific function representing the whole enablement portfolio, create and own guilds across teams/functions to ensure knowledge share. 
  • Additionally, as an Agile Business Lead in VOIS this role will also be an integral part of designing the future state of VOIS. Bringing in insight from best practices and innovations, both internal and external to VOIS and our industry. 
  •  Lead allocated projects/demand into successful business delivery.
  • Ensure that all solutions to demands are scalable and robust, in line with VOIS design principles and standards.
  • Advocate and coach ways of working across team mates and business functions.
  • Design & drive the VOIS service framework to become CX led & simplification focused.

 

 

Who you are

  • Engage: a track record in building and developing strong internal relationships and complex stakeholder management experience. Able to resolve conflicts and escalations.
  • Drive: the ability to lead on the execution of plans, virtual team leadership and experience in driving change/improvement in matrix organisation. Hold people to account to deliver on agreed outcomes.
  • Project management Waterfall & AGILE – experience in not only running multiple agile squads but coaching agility to a matrix organisation with varying levels of experience.
  • Business Analysis – a broad understanding of requirements management including both agile and waterfall methodologies. 
  • Continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma experience a benefit
  • Agile coaching, delivery and/or development
  • SAFE 
  • Design Thinking / Lean awareness 
  •  ITIL
