What you’ll do

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Vodafone Business Finance Business Partners, playing a crucial part in supporting capex reporting and assisting with cashflow reporting and transformation. This position offers a unique chance to develop your financial expertise and make a significant impact within the organization.

You will be responsible for reporting and analyzing the monthly capex results, providing valuable insights on variances to forecasts and the drivers behind these variances. As the owner of the VB capital allocation and target process, you will develop efficient and accurate modeling tools to deliver the required forecasts for in-year and budget planning.

Additionally, you will take charge of reporting and analyzing monthly depreciation, offering insights on variances to forecasts and their underlying causes. As the capex controller for Total VB, you will assist with Year End steering, including updating a weekly rolling forecast and ensuring that actions are followed up to achieve the desired results.

Your role will also involve assisting with month-end cashflow reporting, preparing and presenting the monthly results, and analyzing variances to forecasts. You will identify risks and opportunities and have the ability to run project initiatives aimed at improving cashflows.

  • MS Office Proficiency: Utilize your good working knowledge of the MS Office suite to efficiently manage and present financial data.
  • Qualification Advantage: While fully or part-qualified candidates (CIMA, ACA, ACMA, ACCA, or equivalent) are preferred, we value your commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
  • Effective Communication: Hone your professional presentation and communication skills, enabling you to interpret and explain complex information clearly and credibly to senior management and stakeholders.
