The Role

Coordinate the build of the 1-3 years Network Evolution Plan (NEP) with the corresponding budget plans, in collaboration with the Group Network domains, through a good understanding of the market strategy and demand in the assigned markets.
Drive the Fixed Access Engineering contribution to the budget planning process, by defining the list or projects, dependencies, prioritization and technical plans into the budget submission, and providing impact analysis in case of challenges, based on local priorities and Group strategy.
Tracking and monitoring of Fixed Access Engineering budget spending, providing full reasons for any plan deviation with mitigation plans.
Ensure FAE contribution to the Group Network demand management process, providing feasibility analysis, cost estimation, solution design and project plan to local and group initiatives, according to the project governance model.
Manage the Fixed Access Engineering Portfolio in the assigned markets, ensuring consistency, providing a clear view of project status, and driving FAE contribution to the Group and Local project portfolio dashboards (EOR & LMD)
Define and implement the Fixed Access Engineering governance model with Local Markets, engaging local and group management, identifying topics for alignment/decision and organizing meetings and materials.
Define and promote changes in Fixed Access Engineering operating Model & Processes, ensuring alignment with Group Network and Local processes
