Junior Business Analyst
Location: Newbury or London + *Hybrid

What you’ll do
We are recruiting a Junior Business Analyst to support with requirements in one of Vodafone Digital’s core Back-End development teams. You’ll be assisting the team, and Senior Technical Product Owner, in consistently delivering projects, enabling the seamless flow of data between the Vodafone Enterprise layer and the Vodafone.co.uk microservices-driven site.
- You’ll be responsible for assisting in delivering projects across our Digital Back end development teams.
- You’ll be responsible for contributing to the eliciting and refining of business needs into functional and non-functional requirements documented in Sharepoint and Azure DevOps Board Features and User Stories.
- You’ll will assist a more Senior TPO in managing the output an Agile development team. This includes business stakeholder engagement, prioritisation SAFe PI planning (with TPO), progress monitoring, work sign-off, and reporting.
- You will need to be flexible when problems come up at the time of implementation, by being ready to problem-solve how, or if, requirements can still be met.
Who you are
- You will be able or willing to comprehend architectural models, process flows or data communications (microservices, cloud architecture, etc)
- You will ideally have some knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- You will have a passion to work as Junior Business Analyst on an Agile, SAFe project team (mix of offshore and onsite)
- You will preferably be familiar with the transaction methods common to software development: APIs, Message Queues, etc
