Lead Business Change Manager
Location: Newbury, London or Stoke
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What you’ll do
The Lead Business Change Manager will own the business change plan for Project Victoria to ensure the Business is ready to accept and embed the change that Victoria will drive. The scope includes business readiness, training, communication, service design and work instruction creation and involves managing a squad of team members (mix of direct and dotted line reports) that are responsible for these areas.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Owns the approach, strategy and overall Business Change plan for Project Victoria.
- Collaborates with wider programme team leads to ensure appropriate business change representation on key deliverables such as business requirements and designs, enabling the Business Change team to represent the voice of the Business and Customer.
- Represents the Business Change team at all senior forums, providing exec level updates
- Manages the Business Change team, involving direct and indirect management of resources. Sets the priorities for the team.
- Oversees the identification and engagement of impacted stakeholders across the Vodafone Business estate. Establishes/maintains a programme approach for ongoing stakeholder management
- Oversees the delivery of impact assessments to determine change and readiness requirements
- Oversees the planning and management of business readiness for all impacted areas, including resource/volume forecasting, support model requirements.
- Own the training approach and plan for the programme.
- Own the communication plan for the programme.
- Own the delivery of an updated service design and work instruction catalogue to reflect the new ways of working, protecting customer and agent experience.
- Identifies and manages risks, issues and dependencies.
- Owns the transition of new capability to the business, using change networks to support the embedding of change and realisation of benefits.
Who you are
- Extensive experience working in a Change lead role within the Telco or Technology sector
- Demonstrable experience of leading change on large transformation programmes within complex Business environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to proficiently communicate and influence senior stakeholders up to board level
- Extensive team management experience, including in a matrix/virtual environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills enabling cross-functional collaboration up to Senior level.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience of risk, issue and dependency management
