Salary:  Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours:  Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do
 

  • Lead Your Tribe: You'll have overall responsibility for your Tribe, designing, building, and running best-in-class self-service journeys that deliver maximum value for our users and business. You'll take accountability for your Tribe's success and think big, focusing on medium to long-term activities while being willing to dive into the details when needed.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work hand-in-glove with your Tribe's Product Owners and the rest of the Digital Product Management team to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving. Lead a cross-functional team including Product & Propositions, IT & Digital Engineering, Sales, Care, Commercial & Marketing, and Data Transformation & CVM.
  • Advocate and Inspire: Be an advocate for our Digital Products and ways of working, both internally and externally. Foster a culture of open and equal discussions, where all Tribe members feel comfortable speaking up and holding each other accountable.
  • Drive Product Vision: Own your Tribe's Product Vision and contribute to the overall Digital Vision. Work with key stakeholders to deliver maximum value quickly and often, using insights, research, and customer feedback to truly understand users' needs.
  • Manage Product Roadmap: Own and prioritize your Tribe's Product Roadmap, ensuring it is insight-led and up-to-date with small changes and optimizations. Ensure a continual flow of work for the Tribe's development squads.
  • Develop Requirements: Lead the process of developing and documenting high-level requirements for your Tribe's Themes and Epics, collaborating closely with Business Analysts and User Experience teams.
  • Ensure Delivery: Drive and support your Tribe in achieving its goals, actively participating in demos and ensuring the working product meets requirements. Be the Product Lead for all Go To Market activities within your Tribe.
  • Stakeholder Management: Be the first point-of-contact for teams outside of Digital, known for your subject matter expertise and thought leadership. Communicate proactively and regularly to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Performance and Improvement: Drive results in a fast-paced environment, setting your Tribe's direction and keeping activities on track. Participate in regular retrospectives to simplify processes and make things easier for your Tribe and the wider team.
