What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Contract Manager with extensive multi-jurisdictional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, negotiating, and administering commercial contracts across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and mitigating risks. This role requires a deep understanding of international business practices and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks in different regions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements. 
  • Legal Business Partner for closing deals including but not limited to being involved in RFP, bidding documents, SoW, SLAs, KPIs
  • Understand the commercial implications of contracts and their impact on the business. 
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to execution 
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and amendments 
  • Obligations management
  • Manage contract lifecycle using contract management software/tools

 

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and propose mitigation strategies
  • Monitor contract performance and identify potential issues or deviations
  • Assist in resolving contractual disputes and claims

 

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the contract process. 
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters

 

Compliance:

  • Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. 
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in contract law and best practices.

Who you are

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Law  
  • Experienced  in contract management, negotiation and risk management. 


Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools
