Location: Newbury and London (dependent upon placement) + *Hybrid
Salary: Competitive salary of £32,000, sign on bonus of £1,000, plus annual performance bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do

 

Our two year programme will see you work in two different placements; typically across Products & Propositions, Commercial, Customer Operations, New Business Development, Specialist Sales, Technical Sales Support Transformation. Each placement is focussed on providing solutions that help our business customers to connect their people, places and things, making them more flexible, mobile and collaborative, through our communication products & services. 

 

On completion, these experiences will help shape your next career move.

2)    Online assessment – includes a video interview and a logical reasoning assessment
3)    Assessment centre

 

Please note the following:

 

  • Applications close on 30th November 2024, however, we may close early if we’ve received some game changing applications – so make sure you apply early!
  • A 2.2 in any degree, recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2022 and August 2025 
  • You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.


Please note that you can only make one application to one of our Discover programmes for 2025. We will only consider your first application.
