Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What you’ll do

 

As Organisation Effectiveness Lead you will deliver Reward & Organisation Effectiveness activities by providing concise and logical advice, in line with business strategy and within the Reward & OE agenda. You will influence decisions through guidance or council and provide support to the business, on all, or relevant Reward & OE project and programmes using data analytics.

 

  • You will partner with key stakeholder for budget and headcount exercises as well as employment cost and headcount monitoring, employment cost analysis, organisational health checks, job architecture reviews and maintenance of data and reporting dashboards.
  • You will ensure accurate tracking of key elements of employment cost and headcount to support strategic decision making. 
  • You will be proactive in identifying cost saving opportunities and align to Vodafone’s policies and People plans whilst supporting the wider business strategy. 
  • You will ensure the job architecture mapping is consistently and accurately applied in real-time, and that job architecture dashboards are used to drive decision-making. 
  • You will be proactive in identifying improvements to OE practices and processes aligned to the Vodafone Spirit. 

 

Who you are  

 

Essential:

 

  • You will have experience working in a previous Reward/Finance based role covering Organisation Effectiveness. 
  • You will have a good understanding of how UK organisation is structure and it’s strategy.
  • You will have an understanding that the quality and timeliness of the work you produce will reflect on the effectiveness of the team. 
  • You will have advanced skills on Excel. 
  • You will have strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • You will have sound comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills, suitable to exchange complex information.

 

Desirable:

 

  • You will have an understanding of pay grading.
  • You will have an understanding of Wilis Towers Watson grading principles.
