Role purpose:


•    Providing best in class Business Partnering in the decision-making process to VSOL CF Tower Director and CFSL LT
•    Effective financial control processes, delivering insightful reports, robust budget and financial planning, value-oriented support to the business and driving continuous improvements in these areas
•    Providing financial expertise to drive the best decisions, allocation of resources and support post investment review

What you’ll do

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 
•    Support financial target setting process 
•    Lead DB and LRP forecasting cycle that are challenging but achievable by working closely with the business
•    Support VSOL transformation journey for CF Tower, with commercialization perspective in mind
•    Review and continuously improve current processes including enhancing forecasting models and automating key processes
•    Interpret data and lead producing summaries for distribution/presentation to business area
Business Performance Management: 
•    Provide insight into business unit performance & tracks targets
•    Support performance management reviews
•    Develop specific KPI’s and driver analysis to assess performance and trends
•    Recommend and manage actions to improve performance based on analysis 
•    Highlight key risks and opportunities in performance and proactively communicate findings
•    Drive Financial Excellence 
•    Liaising with with the Group Corporate Functions FBP team, and relevant Market FBPs looking after CF category
•    Providing expertise on all financial aspects
•    Earn the trust of senior management to give guidance and support    

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•    Proven finance business partner, acting as a point of reference in an advisory capacity to the senior stake holders in business
•    Able to contribute in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team to deliver required outcome
•    High level of commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve varied business problems
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure credibility with senior management
•    Ability to manage first time situations


Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    Qualified Accountant – ACA /CIMA /ACCA / MBA / Or Comparable
•    Strong understanding of IFRS
•    Solid experience in Business Partnering & FPA in multinational environment
