Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What you’ll do

 

We are looking for a seasoned and energetic Senior Manager of Risk and Customer Obligations to oversee Vodafone Business risk management and ensure compliance with customer data and process obligations. The ideal candidate will be tasked with creating, executing, and sustaining a thorough framework to manage risk, aligning it with our strategic goals and regulatory standards. 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Management and mitigation of risk for Vodafone Business UK ensuring appropriate visibility and risk management through risk forums
  • Ensure compliance with our regulatory, legal and contractual obligations; for example FCA, Ofcom and SOM
  • Transform the approach to risk and customer information/ data security ensuring we meet our contractual commitments through both BAU and change design/ delivery processes
  • Reduced level of risk tolerance, especially in relation to customer contract obligations.

 

Who you are

 

  • Proven experience in a senior risk management and secure role within a complex and dynamic organisation
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; including senior leadership
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and leading change in a complex organization
