The Senior Manager - Enterprise Delivery Transformation is part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management, Governance and Transformation leadership team, responsible for unifying the heritage delivery organisations, embedding consistent standardised best-in-class delivery ways of working across the enterprise, enabling a high performance, value-focussed delivery culture that drives enterprise-wide alignment and efficiency, and accelerates benefits realisation.
This role is pivotal in driving the cross-functional delivery transformation roadmap, embedding consistent, best-practice enterprise-wide delivery behaviours, principles, and processes. The successful candidate will act as the senior change leader, ensuring the adoption of a unified delivery culture post-merger across all business units and geographies. They will oversee delivery transformation communications, partner with HR, Finance, and BU/F leadership, and align delivery ways of working with organisational design and capability models.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise-wide delivery transformation in large, complex tech-comm organisations, with a proven ability to unite diverse organisational cultures and standardise delivery ways of working post-merger. They should possess strong change leadership and stakeholder influencing skills at all levels, expertise in transformation KPI design and benefits tracking, and the ability to embed cultural change through communications, training, and engagement programmes.
What you’ll do
- Develop and drive the cross-functional delivery transformation roadmap to embed consistent, best-practice enterprise-wide delivery behaviours, principles and processes.
- Surface, assess and resolve systemic delivery inefficiencies or blockers that impact value delivery, quality or pace.
- Define and track KPIs for delivery maturity and transformation success; adapt the roadmap based on results and feedback.
- Act as the senior change leader for embedding a unified delivery culture post-merger, ensuring adoption across all business units and geographies.
- Oversee delivery transformation communications, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging to all stakeholders.
- Partner with HR, Finance and BU/F leadership to align delivery ways of working with organisational design and capability models.
Who you are
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide delivery transformation in large, complex tech-comm organisations.
- Proven ability to unite diverse organisational cultures and standardise delivery ways of working post-merger.
- Strong change leadership and stakeholder influencing skills at all levels.
- Experience delivering enterprise maturity uplift programmes with measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and how to harmonise them.
- Expertise in transformation KPI design and benefits tracking.
- Ability to embed cultural change through communications, training, and engagement programmes.
