Supply Chain Operations Specialist (Part-time)

Location: Newbury HQ + (Hybrid Working*)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Part time (25 hrs a week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-2:30pm)

What you’ll do 

 

The Supply Chain Operations Specialist will be responsible for Purchase Order management, Supply Planning & Inventory Management of refurbished devices.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 


•    Responsible for raising, amending and cancelation of purchase orders on time. 
•    Manage supplier invoice query resolution for VF UK and VF Group (VOCH).
•    Build strong and productive working relationships with Supply Planners, VF Group, and Refurbished Team.
•    Responsible for intake planning and inventory management for Refurbished Devices.
•    Input to S&OP meetings for refurbished category.
•    Additional ad hoc tasks as directed by your line manager.

Who you are 


We are looking for:

•    Experience in Supply Chain ERP purchasing.
•    Experience of Inventory Management.
•    Good understanding of Supply Chain Management and best practise principles.
•    Good understanding of mobile communications and associated products.
•    Ability to problem solve & build strong relationships.
•    Analytical Mind-set – manage large data buckets of information and ability to communicate business implications from complex data.
•    Good MS Office & Excel knowledge.
•    Experience of SAP & Oracle or similar professional purchasing/inventory system.
•    Professional standard of verbal and written communication.
