Who We Are

We’re here to build a network the UK can count on – one that connects people, places and potential. At VodafoneThree we’re not just expanding connectivity, we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services and communities across the country.

We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress – today.

What you’ll do

You don’t have to be building our network to help shape its future. On our HR Professional Pathway Programme, you’ll be at the heart of our people agenda, supporting our people and helping shape the decisions that move our business forward.

Through diverse placements over two years, you'll gain hands-on experience across key HR disciplines, including Talent, Reward, Learning and HR Business Partnering, helping you build a strong foundation for your future career.

As an HR Graduate, you’ll see first-hand what it takes to create great people experiences and how HR supports both our people and the wider business. You’ll build your confidence, strengthen your communication and relationship-building skills, and discover the areas of HR that interest you most.

Throughout the programme, you’ll also strengthen your strategic and commercial thinking, evidence-based decision-making, talent management and workforce planning skills, as well as your ability to influence at senior levels.

Alongside a structured development plan, you’ll have the support and opportunities to grow, build your skills and discover how far you can go at VodafoneThree. Through collaboration and inclusion, you’ll be inspired to challenge yourself, achieve more and keep learning throughout the programme.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have gained broad HR experience, professional knowledge and practical skills to support the next step in your career.

Who you are

  • You don't just care about our people and customers; you’re passionate about creating experiences that make a difference.
  • You build strong relationships and help create an inclusive environment where different perspectives are valued.
  • Change isn't a challenge; it's an opportunity. You thrive in dynamic environments and adapt as things evolve.
  • Your thinking is innovative and forward-looking. You’re curious, bring fresh perspectives and look for creative solutions.
  • You’re driven by growth, development and new challenges, with the ambition to build your expertise and make an impact.

Our Professional Pathway Programme is for graduates who are ready to turn their interests into expertise and build a career with VodafoneThree. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.

Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?

We know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them. We are passionate about Inclusion for All and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, whatever their personal or professional background. If you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align exactly with every part of the job description, we encourage you to apply as you may be the right candidate for this role or another role, and our recruitment team can help you see how your skills fit in.

*Hybrid

We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.
