What you’ll do

 

We have an exciting position for a Senior Manager Change & Readiness to join our Digital, Data & Transformation team in UK Business. 

 

In this role you will be responsible for both business and customer readiness, ensuring both are prepared for the migration from legacy technology stack to a new strategic stack, ensuring operational efficiency. 

 

  • Ownership of a backlog of Epics/Features that deliver readiness from a customer, processes, training perspective
  • Ensures operational efficiency is considered in produced process plans supporting organisational KPIs forecasting.
  • Help the oranisation understand the strategic planning as well as the impacts and benefits of the Victoria transformation programme in the context of Vodafone
  • Transformation as well as relating to industry best practices.
  • Work with Scrum Masters/RTE, Lead Product Manager, Migration Tool Readiness Leads and architects to create a single readiness plan.

 

Who you are  

 

  • Experience in working in large transformation programmes (multi-year & multi-million)
  • Ability to pursue multiple scenarios and build a comprehensive readiness plan.
  • Good understanding of VBUK strategy, integration processes, reporting and dependencies.
  • Track record of identifying and contributing to Business Requirement Specification documentation
  • Experience in vision setting, understanding organizational KPIs, and change management. 
  • Excellent communicator able to adapt style to persuade stakeholders.
  • Qualified in SAFE/Agile methodology
