What will you be doing?
This is a Deputy Manager position, sitting between an Assistant Manager and a Store Manager, created to support the continued growth of the franchise.
Your home store will be Newtownards, however you’ll also be required to support and cover other stores within the franchise, including Belfast Forestside, as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader looking to take the next step towards Store Management.
When a customer enters your store, they’ll get that Vodafone feeling – a sense that they’re welcomed, valued, and supported by a friendly expert who can guide them through our products and services.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead and support established teams, acting as a key point of leadership across the franchise when required. You’ll use your strong coaching skills to develop people, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
With a proven sales background and experience meeting and exceeding KPIs, you’ll take a numbers‑focused and commercial approach, driving results through your people while maintaining a holistic view of the business.
