Job Description
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Lead Development of Data load / unload routines using Teradata utilities
Support migration of new & changed software, elaborate and perform production checks
Create Low Level Design Docs in consultation with Architects and provided HLDs
Able to create and maintain reusable frameworks
Lead Small projects technically
Report development skills in Power BI or similar
Publish daily / weekly / monthly status reports to users & IT stake holders.
Manage database related refresh and decommissioning programs whilst maintaining the highest level of Service availability to Vodafone customers
Coach Junior resources and bring them up to speed
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
Essential:
1. High knowledge of Teradata Architecture, Teradata tools and utilities
2. Profound knowledge of SQL
3. Good working knowledge of UNIX
Experience:
Relevant professional experience of 4+ Years
