About this Role

We are seeking a Project Delivery Lead to oversee and support the full lifecycle of strategic projects within Vodafone’s enterprise and technology domains. Based in Pune or another applicable Vodafone location, this role is integral to ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to governance frameworks. The individual will work across international matrix environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to operational readiness.
  • Support senior project managers in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across international matrix environments.
  • Ensure compliance with Vodafone’s governance frameworks (e.g., NPD, VROM, ADO).
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively.
  • Maintain project documentation including WBS, stakeholder registers, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure quality checkpoints are met.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in project management or delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficient in project tools such as MS Project, ADO, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in telecom, cloud, or enterprise technology projects is preferred.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is a plus.
