About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Architecture Analyst to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across software development and testing lifecycles. This role involves guiding test architecture functions, implementing advanced tools and frameworks, and ensuring compliance with SDLC/STLC processes. The individual will act as the Test Design Authority for managed services and collaborate with automation architects to drive digitalisation and process enhancements. The position is based in Pune, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad and may require shift work and rare travel.

What you will do

  • Lead QA, process measurement, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Guide test architecture functions with process knowledge and concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC and STLC deliverables across project teams.
  • Identify and implement tools, assets, and frameworks for end-to-end test and defect management.
  • Collaborate with automation architects to enhance processes and digitalisation.
  • Stay updated on testing trends to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Act as the Test Design Authority for managed services.
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance function within the operating model.
  • Coordinate test closure processes and integrate lessons learnt into improvement activities.
  • Conduct internal process adherence audits and manage non-conformance closures.

Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Architecture across full SDLC, preferably in Telco BSS/OSS environments.
  • Proven software quality assurance experience with leadership exposure and ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent.
  • Experience in matrix-style structures with international teams.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations in global environments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Azure DevOps and advanced Excel.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Desired skills include OData, Power Query, MQuery, Python, Power BI, and Power App development.
  • Graduate or postgraduate in technical streams (Engineering preferred).
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), with strong facilitation and diagnostic abilities.
