What you’ll do
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of experience, curiosity, and drive to make a real impact:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK or European jurisdiction) with 10+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Commercially astute with proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
