What you’ll do

 

Join Vodafone IoT as a Senior Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of connected technology.
You’ll work at the heart of our IoT business, providing pragmatic and business-focused legal advice on strategic projects and complex commercial agreements. From negotiating bespoke partnership contracts to supporting transformative initiatives, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Vodafone Group.
 
This is a dynamic role where you’ll navigate multi-jurisdictional challenges, manage risk proactively, and help develop innovative legal practices and templates.
Your expertise will enable us to deliver cutting-edge solutions while ensuring compliance and protecting our business interests.
 

Who you are

 

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of experience, curiosity, and drive to make a real impact:

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK or European jurisdiction) with 10+ years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Commercially astute with proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
