We are looking for a motivated Decision Strategy Designer to join our Base Growth Tribe. In this role you’ll help shape how we connect with millions of customers through personalized, data-driven marketing — in real time. You’ll work at the intersection of business, data, and technology to design smart, automated decisions that improve customer experience and drive results.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in data, analytics or marketing automation who’s ready to take the next step. You don’t need to be an expert yet — if you’re curious, analytical, and eager to grow, we’ll support you all the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Help design and implement decision strategies used in personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Translate business needs into logical flows and decisioning rules using modern tools and platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve how and when we engage with our customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and tech teams to build effective, customer-first solutions.
  • Learn to work with real-time systems that power omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Gradually take ownership of campaign setup, decision simulations, and testing.

What You Bring

  • Some experience in marketing, data analysis, campaign automation or a related field.
  • Logical mindset with an interest in solving complex problems through data and decisioning.
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar — or willingness to learn it quickly.
  • Understanding of how marketing campaigns work and how data influences personalization.
  • Curiosity, accountability, and a desire to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  • Communicative English (written and spoken) and very good Czech needed.
