ICT Segment and Proposition Manager - B2B
Position characteristics
Develop, execute and maintain ICT product and services segments, and design propositions to seek revenue opportunities and provide B2B customers with an ongoing reason to choose Vodafone.

What will you do here?
- Responsible for overall design, development and go-to-market of compelling and profitable propositions of ICT product and services, ensuring the desired user journey experience.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the segment and go to market team, ensuring clear priorities and direction, and act as a role model.
- Contribute to the long-term business unit strategy roadmap and manage complex marketing projects at the company level to drive revenue from the market.
- Identify and drive customer insights to ensure a good understanding of what's important to the customer and deliver differentiation.
- Work effectively in delivering agendas and develop or resolve process/service issues impacting the customer experience.
- Manage propositions/projects by using complex innovations and new marketing approaches.
- Implement and manage projects using an AGILE operating model to enhance flexibility, collaboration, and efficiency
What knowledge and skills do we expect?
