What you’ll do

The Commercial Advisor supports in the provision of services related to creating commercially attractive bid responses to the customers that lead to the award of contracts, and performs the tasks about managing the performance of the contracts to ensure Vodafone meets its obligations and commitments and delivery of the expected financial value agreed pre-contract. The Commercial Advisor conveys a good understanding of established concepts and procedures enabling them to support with high quality commercial and finance insights and deliver sustainable value through the planning, negotiation and management of customer contracts, which optimize the customer investment of acquisition and retention cost to ensure profitability. Typically reports to the Commercial Manager.

* Follows commercial management processes to deliver tasks to support the execution of proactive commercial insight and planning;

* Supports the team to deliver activities related to ensuring optimised performance against service level agreements;

* Delivers tasks relating but not limited to building challenging but realistic forecasts and delivering on the company�s plans;

* support colleagues in team and exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical way;

* Interacts effectively with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) and Business Intelligence (BI) to ensure consistent, clear and accurate information;

* Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
