  • We’re looking for a Scrum Master Chapter Lead – an experienced professional who leads with credibility, builds strong teams, and sets a high bar for how we work.
  •  
  • You’ll lead a team of Scrum Masters and at the same time stay hands-on with teams and deliver

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop your Scrum Master Chapter (hiring, coaching, performance)
  • Set up and run new teams in a structured, scalable way
  • Drive measurable delivery outcomes (not just ceremonies)
  • Work hands-on as Scrum Master with selected teams
  • Establish and evolve practical, standardized ways of working across teams
  • Partner with product, delivery, and leadership to keep things moving

What skills we need

  • Experienced Scrum Master with strong real-life delivery experience
  • Proven people manager (team leadership, hiring, performance management)
  • Ability to work effectively with both teams and senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on mindset, ready to step in and unblock things
  • Fluent English
  • Experience from telco and with hybrid ways of working is a plus

  • A high-performing Scrum Master chapter with clear ownership and growth
  • Agile principles applied consistently and visible in day-to-day delivery
  • Clear, consistent ways of working across teams
  • Teams that are structured, stable, and delivering results
