In Vodafone we are currently undergoing a digital transformation and we are looking for experienced scrum masters that would help us take care of our scrum teams. The purpose of your role will be o
rganizing development teams, facilitating team discussions, guarding teams against affection by the „external world“, and helping with improving team performance.

What will you do

  • Provides the team with information on the success of the sprint completion (sprint monitoring), or on improvements needed.
  • Works with data from available reports and team metrics.
  • Facilitate team meetings and help groups of individuals act and interact as a single team.
    Reminds the team of their organization, their own decisions, and the work rules they had defined together initially.
  • Challenge team and actively contribute to better delivery performance and reliability.
  • Ensures that the quality delivery standards agreed by the team/organization are met.
  • Remove impediments from the team.
  • As a member of the SM chapter you will become an agile ambassador for the company.
  • You will be actively involved in promoting agile values and developing them beyond IT.
  • Educates team/organization on the right agile approach and shares agi.

What skills we need

  • You have demonstrable experience working as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
  • You are an experienced facilitator who can lead meetings to the desired outcome.
  • You have a good understanding of agile principles and values and can achieve them within a team.
  • You are fluent in Czech and English
  • You don't mind a corporate environment with all its pros and cons.
