Do you want to do work that has a visible impact on the future of the Czech Republic's digital infrastructure? We're looking for an experienced leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution and take the development of our fibre network to the next level.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will take full ownership of the delivery and development of Vodafone's passive fixed network infrastructure (FTTx & HFC).

  • Define the strategy for expanding our fibre and cable network and ensure its successful execution.
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering passive infrastructure connecting homes, businesses, and mobile base stations.
  • Shape our vendor management strategy, oversee supplier performance, and drive improvements in reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Identify and develop infrastructure partnerships that accelerate network expansion and improve business outcomes in key strategic areas.
  • Own CAPEX/OPEX planning, cost control, and management reporting.
  • Ensure the highest standards of health & safety and quality across all supplier activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Vodafone, including Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams.

What skills we need

  • Proven experience leading the deployment of fixed network infrastructure (FTTx/HFC).
  • A strong track record of leading, developing, and inspiring teams.
  • Solid understanding of passive fibre infrastructure, construction processes, and permitting requirements.
  • Experience managing suppliers and contractors.
  • Hands-on experience with CAPEX/OPEX planning and budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent Czech and English.
