for our Consumer Business Unit  Department

Your place in the team 
Own and manage the product portfolio and product roadmap of the broadband service related modems, ONT’s and supporting devices in line with the company business goals and device strategy and based on deep understanding of customer experience, pain-points and the related technologies. Drive cross segments product related initiatives including the commercial design.

 

You will be involved in the following tasks 
•Own and manage broadband CPE (modem/ONT) full product lifecycle.
•Prepare recommendation to introduce new and phase out existing (end of life) devices. 
•Create plan and overview migration activity of customer base in case of device swap.
•Follow, monitor and analyze network capacity, develop capacity plan to support new broadband product portfolios.
•Ensures that the network/connectivity quality is sufficient to provide the best broadband service on all footprints.
•Analyze installation and error handling related feedbacks, prepare recommendation and implement action plans to provide a great broadband service customer experience.
•Manage/drive customer/service related device changes in cooperation with Technology Department.
•Manage and prepare input for modem/ONT forecast aligning with relevant stakeholders.

We are looking for you if you have 
•University degree (Economy, Commerce, Marketing , Technical)
•Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with deep passion for customer insights
•5+ well established  product marketing experience (preferably related to TV service), either in the telecom sector or with an international brand 
•Track record of commercial and technical acumen translated into business success
•Customer commitment, 
•Experienced project/program management background is preferred
•Assertivity
•Fluent English
