About this role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced individual to lead the end-to-end delivery of direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, MMS, SMS, RCS, and in-app communications. This role is based in Budapest and sits within the Digital Sales and Marketing team at VOIS. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with service level agreements (SLAs).
What you’ll do
- Lead the delivery of medium to highly complex direct marketing campaigns, ensuring clarity and alignment with SLAs.
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from briefing to deployment, ensuring completeness and accuracy of assets and sample data.
- Coordinate with resource planners to optimise campaign capacity and fair usage of full-time equivalents (FTE).
- Track campaign milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage supplier responsibilities, ensuring timely feedback and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement through regular reviews and performance evaluations.
- Maintain campaign documentation and templates on SharePoint.
- Organise team meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Mentor junior project managers and support their development.
- Align with departmental processes and collaborate across functions.
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project, account, or campaign management, ideally within direct marketing or digital communications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in SLA-driven environments and multi-channel campaign workflows.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Teams.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, maintaining accountability and team alignment.
