About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications supporting large-scale digital solutions within VOIS. The individual will work across backend, frontend, workflow automation, and database technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality, and scalable products.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using Angular.
  • Design and implement BPMN workflows and decision tables using Camunda.
  • Create, optimise, and maintain database schemas in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Ensure data integrity, query optimisation, and application performance tuning.
  • Integrate applications with APIs, third-party systems, and internal platforms.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and support containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Work closely with product owners, architects, QA partners, and other collaborators to deliver secure and compliant solutions following organisational standards.

Who you are

  • Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Familiar with BPMN workflow design, particularly in Camunda.
  • Skilled in API integrations, CI/CD concepts, and container technologies.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices, Agile methodologies such as JIRA, and ITSM Remedy processes.
  • Holds a Bachelor of Technology degree or an equivalent qualification.
