• Support the preparation and maintenance of business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.
• Assist with data collection, validation, and basic analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high data quality.
• Contribute to improving and automating reporting processes using Python, Power Query, or other relevant automation tools.
• Perform data quality checks and help maintain clear documentation of data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic.
• Support governance-related activities by acting as a support SPOC for selected centre-specific processes, under guidance from senior team members.
• Assist with project coordination activities, including tracking actions, timelines, and stakeholder inputs.
• Prepare basic documentation, trackers, and status updates to enable structured and compliant ways of working.
• Apply analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong interest in working with data and metrics.

• A finance graduate or B Tech professional with at least one year of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• An individual with strong analytical capability and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
• Confident in English, with very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Technically proficient in Excel, Power BI, Python, Power Query, and other relevant automation or analytics tools.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across Finance, HR, and operational stakeholders within a matrix environment.
• Curious, open-minded, and solution-oriented in approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Exposure to Networks business functions within a large, global telecommunications environment.
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise-level data, reporting, and governance frameworks.
• Opportunities to collaborate with Finance, HR, and operational teams, building strong business partnering skills.
• A supportive learning environment with guidance from experienced professionals.

• Practical application of financial and headcount analytics in a Networks context.
• Advanced reporting and dashboarding techniques using Power BI and Excel.
• Basics of data automation and process optimisation using Python and Power Query.
• Governance, documentation, and structured ways of working in a large organisation.
• Stakeholder coordination and professional communication skills.
