About this Role

 

We are seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into clear business and functional requirements. This role combines business analysis, project delivery, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives within a collaborative Agile environment. The successful candidate will work across Business, IT, Product, Data Engineering, and Operations teams to support process optimisation, business performance measurement, and successful project delivery.

What you’ll do

Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into actionable business and functional requirements.
Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, process mapping activities, gap analysis, and solution design discussions. 
Manage end-to-end project activities including planning, tracking, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. 
Support Agile delivery by managing backlogs, defining user stories, and contributing to sprint planning and execution. 
Work with Product Owners to prioritise features according to business value and organisational goals.
Analyse data using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms to generate meaningful business insights. 
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support performance tracking and decision-making. 
Drive process improvement, workflow optimisation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. 
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Coordinate user acceptance testing activities, manage defects, and support business sign-off.

Who you are

Experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Business Process Improvement, or a related discipline.
Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process mapping capabilities.

Knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, gap analysis, and UAT management.
Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments. 
Exposure to dashboard design, reporting, automation, digital transformation, or process optimisation initiatives.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, documentation, and prioritisation skills. 
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Excel, KPI reporting, and data analysis techniques.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
