About this Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Partner who will play a pivotal role in enabling operational excellence, governance, and people-focused initiatives across the DAIS organisation. This role provides end-to-end responsibility for headcount governance, compliance, audits, dashboards, business continuity, and stakeholder coordination, while also supporting the people agenda through engagement, learning, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.

What you will do

Manage JIRA-related operational activities, including compliance, utilisation, allocation keys, finance submissions, and exception approvals.
Develop, maintain, and govern organisational charts with accuracy and consistency.
Own headcount management, including approved versus active tracking, cost centre and resource mapping validation, corrections, and business case management (approved and work-in-progress).
Prepare, maintain, and share monthly FTE and headcount summaries with key stakeholders.
Maintain and update DAIS 360 data and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
Lead and coordinate all Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities.
Liaise with IT, Information Security, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Legal, and Data Privacy teams to ensure ongoing compliance.
Ensure DAIS compliance across BCP, HSW, DPP, Legal, Information Security, and audit requirements.
Support and close audit actions across Fraud, BCP, ISO, Tax, and related governance frameworks.
Drive the people agenda, including people strategy, annual people plans, townhalls, and engagement events.
Manage Reward and Recognition programmes, including rollouts, quarterly nominations, winner declarations, and communications.
Facilitate new joiner induction sessions, including “The Vodafone Story” and people onboarding programmes.
Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including career frameworks, L&D budgeting, planning, and execution.
Create cost centres aligned to approved business cases and governance standards.
Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders for all operational activities within DAIS.
Lead partner and employee survey analysis (Partner Survey, Spirit Beat), action planning, tracking, and submission of outcomes.

Who you are

An individual with strong experience in business operations, governance, or organisational enablement roles.
Confident in managing data, dashboards, and reporting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experienced in stakeholder management across multiple functions, including Finance, IT, Information Security, and HR.
Knowledgeable in compliance, audit readiness, and risk management frameworks.
Comfortable balancing operational delivery with people-focused initiatives such as engagement, learning, and recognition.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a structured and collaborative manner.
