About this Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end‑to‑end General Ledger activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal preparation, month-end close and compliance with regulatory and internal control frameworks. The individual will work closely with finance and non‑finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely submission of HFM numbers, and strong collaboration across partner markets.

What you will do

Perform reporting activities by uploading balances into the Hyperion reporting system while ensuring system integrity and correct mapping of GL accounts.
Support business units with data requests from the accounting system and handle ad-hoc financial information needs such as goods receipt verification and custom declaration checks.
Collaborate during yearly audits by providing necessary information and explanations for the designated areas.
Ensure all processes comply with internal audit requirements and maintain alignment with SLA, KPI and accounting standards. 
Process general ledger documents, including system-generated entries, within agreed timelines. [JD-GL_Band I | Word]
Raise journal-related issues promptly with the appropriate teams. 
Provide insightful financial analysis to support leadership decision‑making. 
Handle partner market queries through calls, email, and collaboration channels. 
Contribute to continuous process improvement activities with a strong customer‑centric mindset.

Who you are

  • Accountancy qualified or part‑qualified with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and HFM is an advantage, along with experience handling month‑end activities. 
  • Ability to manage tasks within tight deadlines and operate effectively in high‑pressure environments. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of finance operations, accounting controls and audit support. 
  • A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Preferred qualifications include B.Com, M.Com, MBA, Inter CA, Inter CWA or pursuing CIMA.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a multinational environment.
