About this Role

We are seeking a SAP User Access Management Specialist to provide SAP User Access Management support across the EVO UAM landscape. The role focuses on SAP role administration, role design, role analysis and security-related issue resolution, while supporting business users and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. The position is based in Bangalore and sits within the ITOC function.

What you’ll do

  • Provide SAP User Access Management support across the EVO UAM landscape. 
  • Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders and support users with access and security-related requirements. 
  • Resolve business and SAP security issues within defined SLAs. 
  • Support SAP role administration, role design and role analysis activities. 
  • Contribute to improvements in current functionality and business processes. 
  • Support control and compliance requirements across SAP security processes.
  • Provide high-level support and problem determination for SAP security needs across environments.
  • Work flexibly across modules under the EVO UAM scope. 

Who you are

  • You have at least 4 years of overall experience.
  • You have hands-on experience in SAP, ARIBA, SAP SuccessFactors, FIC and SAC AFC. 
  • You bring experience in SAP role administration, role design and role analysis. 
  • You understand control and compliance requirements in a SAP security environment. 
  • You are open to learning new technologies, processes and modules within the EVO UAM landscape.
  • You can work collaboratively with business stakeholders to resolve access, security and process-related issues.
