About this Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to support international voice services within a global network environment, ensuring high levels of performance, reliability, and customer experience. This role focuses on monitoring, incident handling, and troubleshooting of VoIP platforms, while collaborating with multiple teams across regions to maintain service continuity for both retail and enterprise customers.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software systems to ensure uninterrupted network operations
- Manage proactive and reactive incidents within defined service levels, ensuring optimal customer experience
- Perform first-level triage and coordinate with resolver teams throughout the incident lifecycle
- Analyse performance data and customer inputs to recommend solutions and improve service quality
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Communicate incidents effectively to stakeholders and maintain clear coordination across teams
Who you are
- Experience (3–5 years) working with VoIP technologies and network operations
- Strong understanding of protocols such as SIP, SS7 (ISUP/MAP), TCP/UDP, and GSM
- Proven experience in troubleshooting voice technologies including TDM and SIP
- Knowledge of voice systems, session border controllers, routing engines, and international voice services
- Familiarity with voice performance metrics such as ASR, ACD, LCR, and MOS
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes
