About this Role
What you will do
- Source fresh talent for youth programmes across Vodafone globally.
- Ensure a smooth candidate journey throughout the application process.
- Evaluate CVs, online assessments, and video applications.
- Collaborate with local talent teams to organise and set up assessment centres, including candidate invitations.
- Conduct weekly meetings with local teams to review recruitment cycles and provide strategic consultation.
- Deliver regular reporting and actionable data insights to stakeholders.Introduce and utilise digital HR solutions, including AI, robotics, and automation.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance global youth programmes.
- Act as a knowledge hub for the team and coordinate task allocation.
Who you are
- Strong communicator with clear articulation skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and proactive problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Experienced in recruitment (minimum 3 years), preferably with international exposure.
- Proficient in systems such as SuccessFactors, HireVue, and Panorama.
- Knowledgeable in assessment centre setup and data reporting.
