About this Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of critical applications, platforms, and toolsets. The individual will enhance scalability, security, automation, and observability across cloud‑native environments while driving continuous improvements in infrastructure, DevOps practices, and deployment efficiency.

What you will do

  • Support the availability, performance, and scalability of core applications and platforms.
  • Apply expertise in telecom billing systems and Turbo Charging to deliver resilient technical solutions.
  • Design secure, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure with strong emphasis on reliability.
  • Automate standard operational processes to enable zero‑touch operations.
  • Implement self‑healing and error‑handling mechanisms to minimise interruptions.
  • Build and maintain future‑ready platforms with user‑centric design principles.
  • Manage end‑to‑end availability and performance of mission‑critical systems.
  • Improve delivery, tooling, and stability across diverse environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and administer Kubernetes/EKS clusters with best practices in security and monitoring.
  • Adopt GitOps methodologies for automated, version-controlled infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Use Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Develop and maintain Argo Workflows and Argo CD pipelines for reliable CI/CD and declarative deployment models.
  • Build and optimise Helm charts for consistent and automated application deployments.
  • Implement performance-driven and cost‑optimised scaling strategies across cloud environments.
  • Enforce security standards, RBAC policies, and compliance across the infrastructure landscape.

Who you are

  • Experienced in Kubernetes, EKS administration, and cloud‑native deployment practices.
  • Skilled in Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Terraform, Helm, and Argo toolsets.
  • Adept at problem solving and applying a solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and manage complex, business‑critical environments.
  • Creative thinker with sound judgement and analytical capability.
