About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our CDH Platform Operations team, focusing on the K2View platform. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in production operations, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. You will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of K2View systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and seamless integration with client systems. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, contributing to innovative solutions that drive enterprise transformation.

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain K2View Fabric Platform, ensuring seamless integration with client APIs and systems.
  • Lead the continuous delivery of projects and tools from development through QA to production handover.
  • Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools.
  • Guide and mentor operational teams on K2View and DevOps best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to ensure smooth operations and integration.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot K2View clusters, ensuring optimal performance and system health.
  • Handle L2 and L3 operational responsibilities including configuration, security, automation, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Utilise monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, and Grafana for proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Support deployments, configuration, and maintenance of production and pre-production environments.

Who you are

  • 7–8 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in K2View platform operations and cloud/DevOps environments.
  • Proficient in AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, and scaling strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux infrastructure and scripting (Python, Shell, Perl preferred).
  • Familiar with ITIL methodologies and production operational handling, including high availability, fault tolerance, and incident management.
  • Experience with databases such as Cassandra and web-server technologies.
  • Skilled in performance benchmarking, capacity planning, and automation tooling.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and experience working in international teams.
  • Comfortable with on-call support and flexible shift patterns.
