About this Role

The Support Team Member role is crucial in understanding the goals of the organisation and developing a clear vision of how operations will help achieve them. This involves translating these goals into implications for the operation's performance, objectives, quality, speed, dependability, flexibility, and cost. The role requires designing the operation's products, services, and processes, planning and controlling operations resources, and continually monitoring and improving the overall performance of the operation.

What You will do

  • Understand strategic objectives and develop a clear vision of how operations will help achieve them.
  • Develop an operations strategy aligned with the organisation's long-term goals.
  • Design the operation's products, services, and processes.
  • Plan and control operations resources to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Continually monitor and improve the overall performance of the operation.

Who you are

You are an individual with hands-on experience dealing with Unix/Linux platforms, good knowledge of OCI/SQL/PSQL, and experience in MDM Technology. You have a good understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and are proficient in using various tools such as Nagios, Confluence, WinSCP, Putty, Dynatrace, and SharePoint. You are experienced with file transfer protocols (FTP/SFTP), DNS, and Remedy 9. You have a background in web application development and web technology, ITIL Foundation awareness, and strong conversational English skills. You understand the telecommunications market and have good communication skills, especially in a multicultural environment. You are dynamic, customer-oriented, and can work under stress.
