About this Role
What you will do
- Process accounting entries and analyse their impact on financial statements.
- Own the end-to-end Intercompany process and enforce process controls.
- Resolve disputes arising from PO approvals and Intercompany mismatches.
- Clear mismatches and minimise errors from billing runs.
- Perform settlements through In-House Cash and allocate incoming payments.
- Create invoices to Operating Companies (OpCos) and ensure timely receipt and payment.
- Assist OpCos with approvals for write-offs resulting from reconciliation or cash allocation.
- Collaborate with Treasury and other departments to ensure sound financial practices.
- Support team members in resolving complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain performance standards by adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
Who you are
- Accountancy qualified or part-qualified.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong accounting knowledge, especially in month-end activities.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused with a collaborative mindset.
