About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing professional with 8–14 years of experience to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of scalable automation frameworks across complex applications. This role focuses on driving end-to-end automation excellence, ensuring alignment between quality objectives and business goals, and enabling efficient, reusable, and future-ready testing solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Define and continuously evolve the end-to-end test automation strategy, architecture, standards, and framework roadmap.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks across multiple test domains.
  • Assess automation feasibility and evaluate new tools, technologies, and domain-specific automation requirements.
  • Provide technical advisory and architectural guidance to engineering, testing, and product teams.
  • Collaborate with Test Managers, Product Owners, and delivery stakeholders to estimate automation framework rollout efforts.
  • Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines, test data management, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Manage tooling, licences, and budgeting for automation platforms and frameworks.
  • Oversee demand, capacity, risks, dependencies, and execution of automation initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate impediments affecting automation adoption, scalability, and delivery timelines.
  • Track, measure, and report automation coverage, performance, benefits, and risks to stakeholders, including leadership teams.
  • Ensure effective governance, planning, and stakeholder communication throughout the automation lifecycle.

Who you are

  • An experienced automation professional with 8–14 years in Automation Testing.
  • Skilled in test automation strategy, framework design, architecture, and implementation.
  • Proficient in automation tools, scripting techniques, CI/CD integration, test data management, and reporting.
  • Experienced in evaluating automation feasibility and scaling frameworks across diverse testing environments.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong in planning, estimation, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable managing automation demand, capacity, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
  • A clear communicator with the ability to translate quality objectives into practical automation solutions.
