About this Role
What you’ll do
Analyse the existing test automation approach and identify opportunities for improvement in code structure, reusability, and maintainability.
Develop and present automation coding standards and guidelines to the wider team, ensuring clarity and adherence.
Design, plan, script, and execute automated test suites for the eTop application.
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Execute iterative test cycles, monitor and report automation results, and support the debugging process.
Contribute to quality assurance activities within an agile framework and support continuous delivery practices.
Utilise expertise in Java and Selenium to improve automation efficiency and test coverage.
Who you are
Experienced professional with 3+ years of software testing experience, including at least 1 year in PEGA testing.
Skilled in Core Java programming and proficient in Selenium WebDriver.
Knowledgeable in BDD frameworks and structured test design.
Capable of understanding complex software requirements and breaking them into testable components.
Possesses strong analytical abilities, structured thinking, and clear communication skills.
Holds a degree in software engineering or a related technical discipline.
Self-driven, proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
