What you’ll do
- Design and implement tailored change management strategies for strategic programmes.
- Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, and readiness evaluations.
- Develop and deliver change interventions including communications, training, coaching, and reinforcement.
- Integrate change management into delivery frameworks, aligning with sprints, releases, and MVPs.
- Facilitate workshops and change events to co-create solutions and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with programme and project teams to embed change activities into backlog planning.
- Monitor and report on adoption, resistance, and mitigation strategies using performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment with Vodafone’s governance standards and agile delivery principles.
- Partner with HR and business leads to assess impacts on roles, responsibilities, and structures.
- Work with Communications to craft a compelling change narrative and communication plan.
- Champion the people side of change, supporting individuals and teams throughout transitions.
- Identify and manage change risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies.
Who you are
- Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation programmes using waterfall, agile, and lean methodologies.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, and IT.
- Experience with enterprise IT deployments and integrations.
- Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and lean principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels, including C-suite.
- Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and communication.
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and business leads.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Experience in telecoms and multinational matrix organisations is highly desirable.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI) – Mandatory.
- Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, AgilePM) – Preferred.
- Project Management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) – Mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Post-graduate qualification in Management or Business – Desirable.
