About this Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Specialist with expertise in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and communication materials. This role involves blending creativity with technical proficiency to craft compelling visual narratives that effectively convey organisational messages to diverse audiences.

What you will do

  • Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations aligned with VOIS branding and communication objectives.
  • Translate complex information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand slides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Use advanced PowerPoint features, including animations, transitions, and multimedia elements.
  • Maintain a library of templates and slides for organisational use.
  • Assist in creating communication materials such as reports, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Conduct research to support presentation development and proofread content for clarity and style.
  • Provide guidance and training on best practices for presentation creation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standa

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and communication materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience in corporate communications or marketing preferred.
