About this Role

We are seeking a Cyber Finance Data Analyst to join the Cyber Security function at VOIS India (Pune/Bangalore). The individual will work at the intersection of finance, data analytics, and cyber security, transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. The role includes analysing financial statements and performance metrics, building headcount and KPI reports, developing dashboards, and supporting forecasting and budgeting activities. The Cyber Finance Data Analyst will partner with Finance, Cyber Security leadership, and cross‑functional teams to improve financial visibility, planning accuracy, and overall business performance.

What you’ll do

·  Financial Data Analysis

  • Analyse financial statements, business drivers, and performance metrics to identify trends and variances.
  • Conduct profitability, cost, and revenue analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Provide data‑driven insights for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.

·  Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build automated reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Python.
  • Maintain and enhance financial KPI dashboards for leadership teams.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all financial reports.

·  Forecasting & Budget Support

  • Support FP&A activities including billing, revenue management, and headcount management.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and scenario planning models.
  • Validate data inputs, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare presentation materials.

·  Data Management & Quality

  • Extract, clean, and validate financial and operational data from various sources.
  • Maintain financial databases and ensure a single source of truth for analytical needs.

·  Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to understand analytical needs.
  • Present insights in a clear, concise, and business‑friendly manner.
  • Recommend actions to optimise financial performance and reduce risks.

 

Who you are

Candidates MUST have the following to qualify for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP&A.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulae, Power Query, pivot tables).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Understanding of financial statements, FP&A processes, and business performance metrics.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
