About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Camunda Java Microservices Developer to join our Technology team in Pune. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders and apply your technical expertise across the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, architecture definition, design, and implementation. You will play a pivotal role in delivering complex features integrated on COTS using Camunda Engine and BPMN processes, while ensuring best practices and frameworks for a greenfield project.
What you’ll do
Define architecture, create high-level design artefacts, and establish technology approaches and processes.
Develop and implement solutions in a multi-team environment to enable successful process automation in the CARE domain.
Perform hands-on Java and microservices development aligned with sprint objectives.
Support management in expanding the process automation footprint for VOIS in Solstice.
Build proof of concepts and strengthen BPMN/Camunda capability within VOIS.
Mentor and train Java developers to upskill on Camunda BPMN and assist in team setup and capability building.
Who you are
Strong experience with Camunda Engine, BPMN business processes, and associated tools within SOA/Microservice architecture.
Proven hands-on Java development expertise, including knowledge of design patterns for microservices.
Solid understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms (preferably Kafka).
Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot, with good knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
Degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Excellent analytical, technical communication, and coaching skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
