What you will do
- Validate CURF and manage catalogue creation processes, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders for catalogue updates and change requests.
- Prepare accurate and timely analytics and reports on catalogue availability, issues, spend, and supplier performance.
- Track supplier contracts and operational level agreements (OLAs) for catalogues.
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational requests related to catalogue management.
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying and sharing optimisation opportunities.
Who you are
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of basic sourcing processes; familiarity with catalogue tools and SAP is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
