What you will do

 

  • Validate CURF and manage catalogue creation processes, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders for catalogue updates and change requests.
  • Prepare accurate and timely analytics and reports on catalogue availability, issues, spend, and supplier performance.
  • Track supplier contracts and operational level agreements (OLAs) for catalogues.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational requests related to catalogue management.
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying and sharing optimisation opportunities.

Who you are

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic sourcing processes; familiarity with catalogue tools and SAP is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
