About this Role

We are seeking a delivery-focused professional to lead squad-level outcomes within Security Monitoring & Analytics (SMA). This role centres on ensuring predictable delivery through active planning, tracking, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder alignment. Working closely with the Technical Product Owner, Tech Leads, and Release Train Engineer, the individual will enable effective agile practices while maintaining a strong focus on delivery flow, transparency, and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end squad delivery lifecycle, including plans, milestones, sequencing, and commitments aligned to PI objectivesDrive delivery predictability and transparency through active management of scope, timelines, capacity, and flowIdentify, track, and remove blockers; escalate impediments and ensure timely resolutionManage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) with clear ownership, mitigation, and escalationLead PI planning readiness and execution, including estimation, capacity planning, and dependency identificationProvide delivery governance and reporting across sprint progress, delivery confidence, PI tracking, and adjustments to plansFeed into PI, ART, and leadership reporting requirementsFacilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives) to enable outcomesSupport continuous improvement in ways of working and maintain a sustainable pace for the squadDeliver ongoing agile coaching to ensure consistent delivery performanceMaintain high attention to detail for accurate, real-time delivery reporting

Who you are

Experienced in delivery management with a focus on predictability, flow, and transparency in complex environmentsProactive in understanding squad objectives and individual accountabilities to drive delivery outcomesKnowledgeable in SAFe and agile practices, including PI planning, forecasting, and dependency managementSkilled in managing risks, issues, and impediments, with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve blockersEffective communicator with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skillsCapable of translating delivery data into clear, actionable insights for leadershipExperienced with delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ConfluenceDemonstrates self-driven ownership, structured thinking, and collaborative problem-solvingExposure to Security Monitoring & Analytics or SOC modernisation programmes is desirableRelevant certifications (e.g., SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL) are advantageous
