About this Role
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end delivery across assessment, implementation, and closure phases
Maintain detailed delivery plans, milestones, interdependencies, and RAID logs
Coordinate delivery across VOIS, UK, Group teams, and external suppliers
Drive progress, resolve blockers proactively, and escalate issues when required
Provide clear, concise status updates using RAG reporting and decision-focused insights
Ensure operational readiness and smooth handover into BAU
Collaborate with programme managers, architects, security, and operations teams
Operate effectively in a matrix, multi-supplier environment
Identify systemic risks early and manage escalation pathways
Support consistent delivery standards and ways of working
Who you are
Proven experience in delivery or project leadership within technology or cyber security domains
Experience leading initiatives as well as supporting externally owned delivery
Strong planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Comfortable working with evolving scope, ambiguity, and interdependent workstreams
Ability to identify risks early, manage dependencies, and provide pragmatic solutions
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI (desirable)
Experience transitioning initiatives into BAU (desirable)
A collaborative, outcome-focused approach with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
